  • Furniture orders require a shipping and handling fee of $200 for the first item. Additional items will add $75 shipping and handling each. White Glove Delivery is included in every furniture order.

    In stock items are expected to ship within 3-4 weeks. Custom upholstery items have a lead time of 8-10 weeks before they ship to Grand Rapids, Michigan. We will update order timelines with shipping details as soon as they are released.

    If your selection is out of stock, but still listed on line, more are expected to be available soon. 

    Details of your shipping timeline and delivery scheduling will be emailed to you 2-3 days after your order has processed, and updated along the way.

  • Most of our furniture items are non-refundable, as they are custom ordered on your behalf. Alcove Interiors does not stock inventory locally, and each order is unique based on your style and selections!

    If an item arrives damaged, or is missing, we will process refunds or replacements directly with the source warehouse. Returns will be evaluated on a case by case matter.

  • Our online collection showcases some of our fan-favorites for upholstery. But we can actually order ANY size, shape, style, or fabric that you can imagine! The best way to design your custom upholstery item is to make an appointment with us in the studio at 900 Michigan St. NE in Grand Rapids.

  • A Design + Shop appointment is a private, personalized furniture sourcing service. Our design team will prepare for your visit by curating a custom set of furniture pieces that meet your budget, size, and style requests.

    This is the most efficient way to shop for furniture through Alcove, and gives you the advantage of having an interior designer guide you every step of the way. Book your Design + Shop appointment on our calendar- we can’t wait to see you!

  • Customers outside of Michigan, please email before placing your order to coordinate delivery details for your furniture items. Large pieces must be shipped to a receinvg warehouse, and white glove delivery will be coordinated to your home.

  • If you don’t find the perfect piece in our online collection, don’t worry! Simply book an appointment with our design team, and we can customize your order from our extensive collection of furniture vendors.
